They provide two e-mail addresses in their handbook, customercare@gewellness.com and customercare@gewellnessplan.com, and neither one works. Thus, you will have to call and wait for a rep if you need to ask questions or resolve problems.
Savings was around 15% for me for multiple things, but their website says savings is usually around 40-60%.
They will automatically deduct payment from your at renewal time, and this can only be canceled by calling the number and waiting for a rep.
Generally a good deal, but don't expect "wow" savings, as they claim. Expect consistent 10-15% savings.

I was quoted $4910.00 for bridge work without GE Wellness. The price came to $3366.00 with GE Wellness. Eye Glasses were $450 with GE and $350 with GE. I just depends on what you need done!
